Investigative reporter Aubrey Taylor told Dr. Steven Hotze that a Texas congresswoman paid vote harvesters to vote on behalf of dead people, elderly nursing home residents and persons living outside the state back in 2020.
Taylor made this revelation on the Oct. 3 episode of “The Dr. Hotze Report” on Brighteon.TV. He named Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, a Democrat, as the mastermind behind the vote fraud during the 2020 primary elections. Taylor’s team found that absentee voters for dead people, nursing home residents and Americans who have already moved out for more than two decades were still turned in.
According to the reporter, absentee ballot harvesting had been going on for decades. They managed to trace it to several Black women known as the “dream team.” One member of the “dream team,” Gloria Palmer, was hired by Lee to help out in her campaign in Harris County.
“Palmer hired individuals to help her do the gathering. After they collected the ballots they ‘worked on’ for weeks or months, they took those back to a central processing plant,” he explained. “Once they have the requisite number of ballots they want, they sent all the ballots back in.
Palmer, who was a nurse working at a nursing home, was even recorded bragging that she had direct access to elderly individuals. Hotze added that vote harvesters like Palmer have contacts at nursing homes and can get the list of residents’ names through them.
“They fill those out for an application for ballot by mail, unbeknownst to the patients. Once ballots are filled out, which may be done on their behalf by nurses [or] vote harvesters, they take them out to a processing house where they process the votes,” the host said.
Taylor also cited fraudulent ballot requests during his appearance on Hotze’s program. One such request came from an elderly lady now based in New Orleans who had not been in Harris County for 26 years. The said request was granted, and a blank ballot sent to an address in the 18th congressional district of Texas under Lee’s purview.
Another request saw a person asking for an absentee ballot, despite being dead for almost 30 years now. Taylor managed to get information through an open-records request, which revealed the dead individuals “requesting” absentee ballots. Ultimately, both program host and guest agreed that Palmer and her crew may be voting on behalf of these individuals.
Both Hotze and Taylor believe that Lee’s mafia-like organization did not just rig their primary election results, but also committed a crime that should be looked into based on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. “You can’t knowingly send a fraudulent document to the postal service. They harvest these ballots and drop them into the mailbox. That’s a federal crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison,” he told Hotze when the host brought up U.S. Code 1341, which deals with mail fraud.
Hotze agreed, pointing out that it wasn’t just a violation of the Texas election code to do vote harvesting, which is a felony offense for which one can get jail time. “Somebody needs to get that message to Gloria Palmer now. There’s a civil case going on and we subpoenaed her to give a deposition in my civil lawsuit. But she has run away and currently hiding,” Hotze said.
According to Taylor, there’s a system to this and the problem is that elected officials and candidates running for office are working in concert with one another to do this. “Now, if you ask me, that rises to the level of organized crime or criminal enterprise,” he said. “You’ve got over a 10-year period and more than two predicate acts that fall under RICO.”
Hotze explained that when you steal votes and people’s identities and vote on behalf of dead people, you are committing an organized crime.
